Pilates Classes

Pilates is a form of exercise developed by Joseph Pilates to help build long lean muscles, increase, strength flexibility and endurance. 

At OxPilates I offer pilates classes in Headington, Oxford. The classes are kept small and are for mixed abilities, so no matter what your age or fitness level, the class will be tailored to suit your needs.

Individual Pilates and Physiotherapy

As a chartered physiotherapist and pilates instructor, I am able to offer individual or small group sessions. 

These are suitable if you do not feel comfortable starting pilates within a group, or if you have a medical condition that requires dedicated physiotherapy treatment.
